Founder / Photographer

Tarah leigh is a fun-loving photographer and mental health professional hailing from the northern suburbs of Illinois.

Tarah’s love for photography started early, long before concert stages and festival crowds. As a kid, her first “models” were insects. (Ask her about the roly-poly story!) Her curiosity about the tiny, overlooked details of the world quickly grew into a lifelong passion behind the lens.

Tarah began her concert photography journey in 2004, when she snuck a disposable camera into a Tesla show. It was the first of many wild examples of her dedication to capturing energy wherever it lives. Fast-forward to today, Tarah is a published photographer who collaborates with multiple media outlets. She has been shooting for over two decades, bringing experience and a sharp creative eye to every project.

While she is best known for her dynamic concert photography, Tarah’s work extends far beyond the stage. When she is not in a photo pit or backstage, you will find her immersed in nature, photographing insects, wildlife, and the intricate details often overlooked. She’s a passionate animal activist, a self-proclaimed bug enthusiast, a pet parent to a cockatoo and two cats, a DIY enthusiast, and a fiend for loud rock and metal music, though her playlists span nearly every genre.
